I value my clients courage to face their fears and seek help and hope for  relief and a future they didn't imagine was possible. I believe that we have all have gifts and purpose in this world and my role is support them as they navigate the labyrinth of anxiety, depression, grief and loss and hopelessness that is no stranger to many. For grief and loss touches everyone.

 

I desire to create a space for honesty, authenticity, empathy and teamwork to look at what is present and how the fragments of our being impact our ability to live, love, laugh and learn. I value the intelligence of the body and its ability to heal itself from the inside. I believe as humans that we have the capacity individually and within a community to heal ourselves through nutrition, exercise, mindset shifts, nervous system regulation and social supports to name a few.

 

I believe that success and satisfaction with oneself and life are possible. I work with clients who are navigating loss, hopelessness, and panic, as well as those seeking integration after life-altering experiences. For those feeling a lack of satisfaction in life, I help them find clarity, relief, and peace by fostering a space of empathy, safety, and hope. I love offering tools, intuitive guidance, and empathic leadership, all while incorporating humor and creativity into our work together.

One perspective is to see your therapist as a guide navigating from one side of the bridge to the other. The bridge as a symbol of the journey that lies before us towards the place we wish to feel, think, see and be. Your bridge being unique to only, the journey will not look the same for everyone. I honor this and I am pleased to witness it.
